Breakfast
- 1 Sausage Bun

Lunch
- Milo with 5 crackers

Dinner
- Rice & Mee Hoon & Curry Chicken & Vegetables & Sambal Sotong
- Malay Kuih-Muih

Exercise- Stairs Climbing from Ground Floor to 3rd Floor – 7 times

Outcome
- Before: 47kg
- After: 46.5kg
