- 300ml milk (Yuckz!)

- 1/2 bowl of rice
- Vegetarian dishes
Dinner
- 1 Sausage Bun
Exercise
- Stairs Climbing from Ground Floor to 1st Floor – twice
Outcome
- Before: 48kg
- After: 47kg
