Weight Loss Diary – Day 4

Breakfast
- 1 Sausage Bun
- 300ml milk

Lunch
- Vegetables

Dinner
- Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab Salad
- Tiramisu Cake
- Chocolate Brownies

Exercise
- Stairs Climbing from Ground Floor to 3rd Floor – 8 times

Outcome
- Before: 47kg
- After: 47kg

=_= Now i really feel sooooo fat~~~
