He insisting that I encourage all the teachers there to ask for pay rise, and in fact i DID NOT do it at all!!! Just all the teacher decided that they have work for a long period and decided that it is the right time for them to ask for pay rise. And now it all turn to be MY FAULT!!!! I seriously cant believed it!!!!
He even said I encourage my students to come early (my students' class is at 7.30pm and they come at 6.30pm) as though i had nothing else to do!!!! He didn't even went and ask my students what is the actual reason and just push all the blame on me!!!! Isn't it too much?????!!!!!!!!!
Moreover, he even say I give him a lot of pressure!!!!! All because of he cant accept my teaching method (I let them learn and play at the same time)!!!!! Cant he see how happy are my students when they are in my class? And it is not as though they did not improve at all!!!! Their results had obviusly proven that they had getting better if compared to previous exam!!!!!
Beside, he didn't even give me a chance to say goodbye to my students... Not only that, he even told me that "Please don't ever come to my tuition centre again after you step out this door, because I don't want you influence my students anymore". After he said something that cruel, only he keep appologizing to me, and tell me he didn't mean to do it!!!
Anyway, it doesn't matter for me whether I have the job or not, because I can always find any other job in the short time. I'm just very angry for what he had accused me!!!
